Certainly, they are far enough from the Samsung, Sony, or Panasonic models, but Dynex products are known for their affordability.

Why settle for a 32" TV when you can get a 37" 1080p HDTV at that price?

1080p display is now the highest quality picture possible from a high-definition source.

This Dynex TV has a 3D Y/C digital comb filter, for enhanced color and picture detail. It has a 8000:1 dynamic (4000:1 native) contrast ratio and relatively high brightness (450 cd/m²).

There are 3 HDMI inputs, and they support copy-protected HD broadcast content. There's a USB port to quickly connect a digital camera or another USB device, and a PC video input.

It comes with two 10W speakers with simulated surround sound. A sound leveler helps prevent undesirable volume fluctuations. Useful additional features include channel labeling and a sleep timer that can be set to turn the TV off after a desired interval.

A 1-year warranty is provided.

Optimal for viewing in a kitchen or in small rooms (such as a bedroom, a college dorm, ...) this Dynex model has an ultraslim design (less than 3" deep), ideal for wall mounting (the mounting kit has to be bought separately).

And with 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles, you can look at this LCD TV from anywhere in the room.

Built-in V-Chip parental controls give you the option of blocking undesirable material that you don't want your kids to see.

Some use this one as a computer monitor that can also be used as a standard tv to save space. This 15" model gives you two functions for the price of an ordinary monitor.

I would recommend the 37" model based on its price alone, and the other two sets for kids, kitchens, bedrooms / guest rooms or those on a tight budget. These HDTV televisions are a bargain!
